Refresh social posts are published through The Rejuvenation Rooms Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Revive and Rejuvenate include four static posts a month: two through our accounts and two through your own accounts, across all platforms.
How to reserve your room
Four simple milestones.
- By 30 September 2026Reserve your room with £200.
- By 31 October 2026Sign your room agreement and set up the 12-month Payment Assist arrangement. We refund the £200 when both are complete.
- From mid-December 2026Subject to prior agreement, access your room to prepare it for opening.
- 1 January 2027Your tenancy begins and The Rejuvenation Rooms opens.
12 months to settle in.
An initial 12-month agreement for your dedicated room and chosen support package.
Rolling thereafter.
After the initial term, either party can end the rolling agreement with 30 days’ notice.
Your business stays yours.
You work for yourself, manage your own clients and accounts, and remain independent.
Bespoke software or systems development can be quoted separately. Management support closes from 20 December to 2 January except for emergencies and system-down issues. Full terms and service details are set out in the signed agreement.

Is this my own room or sessional room hire?
This is your own dedicated room, not hourly or daily hire. The floor plan labels all three rooms 3.885 × 3.900 m, with an area of 15.15 m² each (approximately 163 sq ft). The shared hallway and waiting area are separate from the individual room areas. View the floor plan.
What exactly is included in the monthly price?
All three packages include your room, utilities, adjustable lighting, 24-hour access, a therejuvenationrooms.com email address, gift cards and vouchers, and a hosted page for your business. Refresh is £450 per month, Revive £525 and Rejuvenate £595, all including VAT. The higher packages add your own domain, booking tools, payments, SMS and additional marketing support. Can I personalise the room?
Yes. The minimal white and black finish, with gold accents, leaves room for your brand and finishing touches. Furniture, equipment and fitted features in the images are illustrative, not a list of what is included. Any alterations and included fixtures will be agreed before you commit.
How does the agreement work?
There is an initial 12-month agreement, followed by a rolling period which either party can end with 30 days’ notice. The notice provision applies after the initial term, not as an early-exit option during the first year. You remain an independent business, responsible for your services, accounts and appropriate professional insurance.
What should I know about access and parking?
The rooms are on the first floor, reached through our own front door and dedicated staircase. Please consider stair access for your clients. Four front parking bays are intended for client visits; tenants are encouraged to use the free overflow car park less than 100 yards away. On-site bays are shared, not guaranteed for individual appointments.
When can I move in, and how do I enquire?
